Is there a free trial?
There’s no time-limited trial — because the Free plan is genuinely free forever. Start there, and upgrade to Family only if and when you want more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep Family features until the end of your billing period, then move to Free automatically. No partial-period charges, no fuss.
How is billing handled?
Securely through Paddle, our payment partner and Merchant of Record, who also handles VAT and your receipts.
Is my family’s data private?
Yes. Sharing is consensual and can be paused by your loved one at any time, families only ever see plain-language status, and you can leave and erase your data whenever you like.
